Ingredients

Club Sandwich

  • white bread cut into cubes
  • deli turkey
  • bacon
  • Arla® Medium Cheddar snack cheese cut into cubes
  • lettuce
  • grape tomatoes
  • mustard or mayo (optional for dipping)

Peanut Butter and Jelly

  • bread
  • peanut butter (or almond butter or sunflower butter)
  • jelly
  • raspberries
  • grapes
  • Arla® Havarti snack cheese cut into shapes

Turkey and Salami

  • whole wheat bread cut into cubes
  • deli turkey
  • salami
  • Arla® Gouda snack cheese cut into shapes
  • grape tomatoes
  • mustard or mayo (optional for dipping)

Veggie

  • whole wheat pita bread cut into triangles
  • sliced cucumbers
  • bell peppers cut into squares
  • lettuce
  • Arla® Havarti snack cheese
  • hummus (optional for dipping)

Instructions

Instructions

1. For the club sandwich, skewer the bread cubes, turkey, bacon, Havarti cheese cubes, grape tomatoes, and lettuce onto a bamboo skewer. Serve mustard or mayonnaise on the side for dipping, if desired. 2. For the peanut butter and jelly sandwich, make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and cut it into shapes with a small cookie cutter. Skewer raspberries, grapes, and Havarti cheese stars in between the mini sandwiches on a bamboo skewer. Note-you may want to use sunflower or almond butter due to allergies. Most schools have “no peanut” rules. 3. For the turkey and salami sandwich, skewer bread cubes, turkey, salami, Gouda cheese shapes, and grape tomatoes on a bamboo skewer. Serve mustard or mayonnaise on the side for dipping, if desired. 4. For the veggie sandwich, skewer whole wheat pita bread triangles, cucumber slices, grape tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, and Dill Havarti onto a bamboo skewer. Serve hummus on the side, if desired.
