  • First, preheat your oven to 400°F. Dust a clean worksurface with flour then roll out the dough until it's about 1/4 inch in thickness. Using a 3-inch cookie cutter or a wide-mouth mason jar lid, punch out 12 pizza dough rounds. Lightly press and flatten the pizza dough rounds and place onto the lightly floured surface.
  • Lightly oil the muffin tin with olive oil then place then press the pizza dough rounds into the muffin tins so it comes up the sides and forms a cup shape.
  • Fill each with a bit of pizza sauce, 2 slices of pepperoni and a halved piece of Arla® Havarti and Gouda Snack Cheese.
  • To avoid any cheese spillage, place the muffin pan onto a large baking sheet then bake in your preheated oven at 400°F for 20-23 minutes. The cheese should be nice and melted and the dough will be fully baked through.
  • Allow the pizza muffins to cool in the muffin pan for 3-5 minutes before serving. Finish with a light sprinkle of dry Italian herbs if desired.
