- 1 tablespoon butter
- pecan halves
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 7 ounces Arla® Herbs & Spices Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 slice Arla® Medium Cheddar sliced cheese
1.Caramelize pecans: Melt butter in small frying pan over low heat. Add pecans and brown sugar. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly until caramelized. 2. In a large bowl, add Arla Herbs & Spices Cream Cheese. Form into a football shape. Smooth top and layer with caramelized pecans. 3.Top the dip with cheddar “laces” for the football and serve with crackers.
