Pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups wheat flour
Tomato sauce
- 1 can concentrated tomato paste
- ¼ cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup grapeseed oil
Toppings
- 1½ cup pepperoni
- 1 cup Arla® Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Pizza dough
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir the yeast into it. Add the remaining ingredients (hold a little flour). Knead the dough well. Cover the bowl with a lid and set the dough to raise for about 1 hour. Put the dough on a flour-coated plate and knead it well. If necessary, add the rest of the flour. Divide the dough into 24 pieces and roll them to round dough balls (about 2 inches in diameter). Put the pizza dough on a sheet of baking paper.
Tomato sauce
Mix the ingredients for the tomato sauce together. Cut the pepperoni into small pieces. Distribute tomato sauce, pepperoni and cheese (or any additional toppings) on the dough balls and put pizzas in the middle of the oven for 10 min. at 425 ° F.
