Havarti Cheese Potato Pizza With Alfredo Sauce



  • Preheat the oven at 420F. Line up pizza pan with parchment paper, spray with olive oil and set aside.
  • Wash the potato, leave the skin on and boil it for about 15 minutes, until it soft enough but not overcooked. Slice the potato.
  • In a medium saucepan melt the butter on medium heat, add the flour and and stir well. Start adding milk slowly, whisking constantly. Add a half of the milk first. Let slightly simmer on medium low, whisking all the time. Add the rest of the milk, cream cheese and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the pizza dough on a prepared pan, pour the alfredo sauce, add the sliced potatoes, havarti cheese and onion. Season everything with salt and pepper, add dried oregano and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is perfectly cooked.
  • Top with arugula, red pepper flakes and parmesan.
