Grilled Chorizo Flatbread with Grilled Pepper and Havarti

Make every night a fiesta, just by adding a layer of delicious Arla® Havarti sliced cheese to the grilled toppings.

  • 6 soft thinly sliced chorizos
  • 6 hot and sweet peppers
  • 1 baguette halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove roughly chopped garlic
  • 8 slices Arla® Havarti Cheese



Prepare the grill to a high heat. Grill the chorizo slices for a minute or two on each side, then set aside. Grill peppers until soft and charred, about 5 minutes. Peel, slice and remove seeds, then set aside. Pour olive oil into a small bowl and add chopped garlic. Brush baguette with olive oil & garlic mixture. Grill the bread until golden, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and layer with peppers and chorizo. Cover with slices of Arla® Havarti sliced cheese and re-heat until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Cut into small bite-sized pieces and serve while warm.
