Pre bake the pie crust in a tart pan according to the package instructions.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Then, add the finely diced Arla Sliced Gouda, softened cream cheese, heavy cream, nutmeg, and salt and pepper. Whisk until combined.
Fold in the broccoli and spinach.
Pour the filling into the pre baked pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the tart is set in the center.
Cover the edges of the pie crust with foil if it begins to brown too quickly.
