Cheesy Jalapeño Pull Apart Bread

Cheesy Jalapeño Pull Apart Bread

40 min

  • Preheat the oven to 375° F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Use a serrated knife to cut the bread into a 1” grid pattern, without slicing all the way through. Place on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, salt, cumin, chili powder, and diced green chilis.
  • Use a spoon to drizzle the butter into all of the cracks of the bread. Sprinkle the diced cheese into the cracks until the loaf is filled.
  • Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Carefully uncover and return to the oven, baking for another 7-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
