Cheese & Salami Flower Charcuterie

Instructions

  • Cut the Arla® Gouda and Havarti cheese slices into 4 triangles and set aside.
  • Cut the salami slices in half and set aside.
  • Arrange the Arla® cheese slices and salami halves in an overlapping vertical layer making sure the straight ends align. Mix up the cheese and salami for a pretty pattern. Next, roll from top to bottom into a rose shape.
  • Place the cheese and salami roses onto a serving platter then add the parsley, grapes and grape tomatoes and a few extra Arla® cheese triangles to make a flower bouquet shape. Add sliced cucumber to the bottom and enjoy!.
