Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions

  • If you are using frozen breaded chicken tender, air-fry according to package directions.
  • Spread softened salted butter to one side of the sourdough bread slices then turn the bread slices over so they are buttered side down. Next, add 2 slices of Arla® Havarti Cheese to each bottom slice of bread then top with chicken fingers, a drizzle of buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Lastly, add 2 more slices of Arla® Havarti Cheese then top with the other bread slices, buttered side up.
  • Heat a non-stick or heavy bottom skillet on medium-high then grill the sandwiches on medium heat until golden, crispy and melty.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of buffalo sauce and ranch dressing for dipping.
