  • 1 pound fuscilli (corkscrew) pasta
  • 1 cup fresh-cooked corn kernels
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1 bag diced Arla® Havarti snack cheese
  • 1 pint halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 4 cups baby arugula
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste



Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the directions on the box. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Toss pasta with corn, edamame, cheese, tomatoes, and basil. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, and mustard together and season. Toss with pasta mixture and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a platter with a bed of baby arugula.
