  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the directions on the box. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Toss pasta with corn, edamame, cheese, tomatoes, and basil. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, and mustard together and season. Toss with pasta mixture and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a platter with a bed of baby arugula.
